General Terms and Conditions

You can place an order with us via our website or by email, in any case the order must be placed in writing. The offers published on our website are non-binding. By ordering the desired goods, you are making a binding offer to purchase the relevant product. We will send you an order acknowledgement as soon as we have received this offer

All prices quoted are in EUR. Packaging and shipping costs are added in accordance with point 3.

Packaging and shipping costs are calculated after you have entered the delivery address and are listed in our order acknowledgement.

When you receive our order acknowledgement, you will also receive an invoice for the value of the goods plus packaging and shipping costs. The goods will be shipped at the latest on the 5th working day after your payment has been received in full. We do not accept any kind of deduction or discount from the invoice amount that has not been specifically agreed with us.

We ship our goods at the latest on the 5th working day (the day that we hand over the goods to the shipping company) after receipt of the purchase price in full and shipping costs, if delivery on advance payment has been agreed. We normally allow between 1 and 3 working days for the goods to be delivered to addresses within Austria. For shipment outside Austria but within Europe, delivery usually takes between 10 and 14 days, according to our experience. Deliveries to destinations outside Europe depend on the delivery type (air mail/surface mail) and the delivery location. In the unlikely event that an article should not be available, or take longer than usual to deliver, we will advise you as soon as possible of the delivery date, or alternatively that the delivery cannot take place. We reserve the right to deliver a partial shipment, if this is advantageous for processing the order and providing it is acceptable to you. If we offer partial shipment of an order, we will of course cover the additional shipping costs. No extra costs will be incurred by you. If, through no fault of our own, we are not in a position to deliver the goods you have ordered, we expressly reserve the right to withdraw from the contract.
